KV Subrahmanyam
Chief Executive Officer

As the Chief Executive Officer, KVS drives GenBioCa business strategy, customer acquisition and relationships in the Healthcare and Life Sciences space. Before GenBioCa, KVS was the Senior Partner at Sagitec, he was instrumental in setting up the practice for Healthcare and Life Sciences in 2006 for Mphasis (Blackstone company) and subsequently ran the same business portfolio in 2011 at HCL Technologies that served a global marketplace. Started the career with Tata Consultancy Services (1991-2003).


A Business leader who believes rate of change within the organization is one of the key attributes for driving change in the marketplace. Every project must deliver value to its customers. 


Winner of the Best Business Leader Award by KPMG in 2010. An Alumnus of BITS, Pilani 1991 Masters in Computer Science and PG(MDP) from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Climate change and Health from Yale 2019.

Shashidhar Shastri
Head - Sales & Strategy

A dynamic & highly accomplished, resourceful, and high-energy Business Development Professional with broad experience including global/national accounts management complemented by extensive account development and cultivation of new markets/ territories with a diverse functional expertise in Healthcare, Manufacturing and Telecom with a tenacious commitment for driving sales, profit, market share & growth in highly competitive environments.

Established enterprising leader with comprehensive skills in consultative selling, cross sell and up-sell into accounts, drive and manage multi-million dollar deals (across Applications, Infrastructure & BPO). Understanding customers business challenges and how technology can drive business with unique insights are his strengths. The ability to assess solutions and their ROI redefines and some times restate the problem are quite out-of-the-box inputs.

Rajagopal Subramanian
Head - Operations & Service Delivery

With over 25 years of cumulative experience in diversified IT roles and 18 years in the Telecom sector (Voice and Data) with the Worlds’ best airline, Rajagopal, believes that the face of Digital is fast changing to disrupt almost every business to transform User experience and expectations from traditional IT systems to modern lite intuitive and automated systems.


An ITIL and PMP professional with the ability to ensure successful project management, mentoring the team in improving capabilities, and maintaining the IT processes through project management standards, methodologies and Industry 4.0 practices.

Hemant Chaubal
Vice President – Compliance, Training & Development

Hemant Chaubal has over 40 years of experience, which includes 13 years in the IT industry as QA head, BA and SME for Pharma and Life Sciences domains and 29 years as a Scientist in core Pharmaceutical sector in leading multinational as well as Indian companies.

He is an astute business analyst who combines a wide spectrum of skillsets in a synergistic manner and utilizes his experience and expertise to help the team in many functional areas, critical to business.

He is also on the panel of examiners for the Quality Cell of Indian Merchants’ Chamber (IMC)

Ashesh Halder
Vice President – Customer Acquisition & Strategy

Ashesh comes with an rich experience of 25 years working in the industry Pharma Machine manufacturing, Pharma & Life science IT. Ashesh worked with TCS, Perkin Elmer , Applied Biosystems, LABINDIA, Thermo fisher scientific. Implemented several projects in ERP, CRM, LIMS, & Instrument integration. With a deep understanding of Quality Control test requirements in Pharmaceutical , Refinery, Chemicals, Food , & Life science due to engagement with top 10 Pharmaceuticals projects in India & fortune 500  companies. He adds value to product promotion and reach, technical development and upgrade of existing software solutions to keep pace with global competition and provide solutions to companies at a reasonable cost.

Ashesh, is also on board as a part time Director with associated companies of Hi-Caliber Electrical Designs, Powertech systems & Kedarnath Engineering. These associated companies are into electrical safety audits , Electrical designing, Energy audits, and work on Oil & Gas projects, Industrial projects & Electrical HT LT Panel manufacturing.
