In this role, she is a key liaison with recruitment partners, focusing on the initial stages of the talent acquisition lifecycle. Her responsibilities include telephonically screening job applicants using standardized processes, capturing relevant information, and managing daily reporting to ensure a streamlined recruitment pipeline.

Meenakshi brings strong operational and managerial skills to the HR function, developed during her extensive tenure as a Sales Manager at ICICI Lombard. During her 7 years there, she was responsible for managing a sales team, driving business through strategic contests, maintaining relationships with bank branches for customer leads, and managing the entire process for loan disbursement, which required meticulous tracking of daily MIS (Management Information Systems) and effective credit and operations management.

Her background, which includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, equips her with a comprehensive understanding of business operations and team management, supporting GenBioCa’s organizational structure and growth.
