In his role as Vice President for Compliance, Training and Development at GenBioCa Sciences Pvt. Ltd., he spearheads the company’s efforts in navigating complex regulatory needs, including GDPR, HIPAA, and 21 CFR Part 11, ensuring products and services meet the highest global standards for the Pharma and Healthcare industries. He also specializes in providing niche Validation and Compliance training.

  • Pharmaceutical Science (29 years): He spent two decades as a Research Scientist at Hoechst Marion Roussel and Nicholas Piramal, specializing in analytical sciences, NMR spectroscopy, structure elucidation, and natural product isolation.
  • Life Sciences IT (13 years): He transitioned into IT as a Sr. Business Analyst and Domain Expert at NuLEAP and Megaware, where he played a key role in developing bioequivalence solutions, managing projects, and implementing Watson LIMS validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) for major pharma companies in India and Europe.
