A senior, client-facing role responsible for driving revenue by leading the technical sales cycle for SAS Viya migration projects. This individual will leverage GenBioCa’s proprietary “Viya Migration Compass” to conduct executive-level discovery, showcase thought leadership, and translate complex architectural challenges into a compelling business case for migration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Thought Leadership & Discovery:<\/strong> Lead initial client engagements to understand business drivers. Administer the 100-Point Assessment Questionnaire<\/strong> to build a Migration Readiness Scorecard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Solution Design & Value Articulation:<\/strong> Develop tailored migration strategies (Big Bang vs. Phased) and present the value of GenBioCa’s 3-pillar approach (Compass, POC\/Sandbox, Accelerator).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. POC\/Sandbox Strategy:<\/strong> Scope and define “Viya Test Drive” POC tiers (Quick Start, Validated Pilot) to de-risk the client’s decision and prove ROI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Proposal & RFP Management:<\/strong> Create detailed proposals, SOWs, and responses to RFPs, highlighting GenBioCa’s unique GxP\/Pharma validation expertise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Cross-Functional Liaison:<\/strong> Act as the bridge between the sales team and the delivery team, ensuring a seamless handover post-sale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Market Presence:<\/strong> Publish whitepapers (e.g., “Pharma SAS Viya Migration Playbook”) and speak at industry events to establish GenBioCa’s leadership.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Essential Skills & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. 10+ years<\/strong> in enterprise software pre-sales or consulting, specifically with SAS technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Deep understanding of the SAS 9.4 vs. Viya architectural differences<\/strong> (Microservices vs. Monolithic, CAS vs. Workspace Server).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Experience in Pharma\/Life Sciences<\/strong> with knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11<\/strong>, and clinical data standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Proven ability to conduct executive-level discovery and build a strong “Migration Readiness Scorecard.”<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complexity for business leaders.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Desirable Certifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
