Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced, self-directed Migration Lead to manage the end-to-end migration of QMS data and documents from SmartSolve to Veeva Vault QMS. The ideal candidate will own the entire migration lifecycle—from discovery and planning through build, testing, deployment, and archival—ensuring a seamless transition with minimal oversight.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years in life sciences IT, with proven experience leading end-to-end Veeva Vault QMS migrations from legacy systems (SmartSolve experience is a significant plus).
- Technical Expertise: Deep hands-on expertise with Veeva Vault QMS configuration, data loader tools, and migration methodologies. Strong skills in developing transformation scripts and data pipelines.
- Project Management: Ability to own and drive complex migration projects independently, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication with minimal oversight.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills to define mapping rules, resolve data gaps, and ensure validation integrity.
- Communication: Strong ability to collaborate with business users during UAT and communicate technical details clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
